Eye Tracking of Reading
We develop STORYLOOK, based on regular webcam, eye-tracking system, that allows to identify and record reading process and give any stakeholder objective biometric provements (certificate and gaze plot documents) that reading task is completed or in progress

STORYLOOK brings disruptive innovations into various application areas:

  • in Online/Offline Education (including self-education) - allows lecturer to create reading task (based on any number education materials) and control reading progress of students. In self-education case STORYLOOK allows students to track and score their reading performance.
  • in Corporate Compliance - allows manager or HR to create reading task (based on any number of corporate documents) and control the employee's compliance with corporate requirements
  • in Corporate Accident Prevention - allows manager to create reading task (based on industrial standards) and control the employee's compliance with rules of accident prevention
  • in Contrast Signing - allows a manager to be sure that contract has been read before signing
  • and in many other cases - where one side wants to be sure that another side completes the reading tasks
Monitoring of Social Health in the School
We develop SOCIOSCOPE, the system of tracking spatio-temporal interactions between school children with the aim to measure social health in the class, detect and monitor signs of bullying and symptoms of depression

SOCIOSCOPE gives school psychologist and administration the novel computer vision tool:

  • to Monitor Psycho-Physiological State of Pupil - by measuring of various visual signs of stress/ fatigue/depression (decrease of number of movements, reduction of engagement in communicating with classmates, decrease in participation in group activity)
  • to Monitor Territorial Aggression - by measuring of some visual signs (the bullier violates the personal and intimate area of the victim, obvious pattern "pull-push", extraordinarily high level of bullier attention to the victim)
  • to Monitor Persecution and Isolation - by measuring of some visual signs of isolation (decrease in number of movements, reduction of engagement in communication with classmates, decrease in participation in group activity, "emptying" of personal zone of communication)
  • to Monitor an Identified Bullying Case - by measuring of some visual signs of persisting bullying (the bullier continues to violate the personal and intimate zone of the victim , the focus and number of attention to the victim is not reduced, decrease in victim's participation in group activity, reduction in victim's movement )

Human Behavior Tracking
We develop the video and AI based Human Behavior Tracking System (HBTS)

Behavior recording system, gaze direction estimation module

Security Case: The cameras of system directed at public places create unified calibrated space.The system tracks and estimates non-verbal psychophysiological signs of deviant persons, marks them, fixes their faces and transmits their photos and biometric datas for more detailed personalized control.

Possible types of non-verbal psychophysiological signs for human behavior classification:

  • Gaze movement (gaze, fixation, saccades)
  • Pupil dilation
  • Facial expressions
  • Gestures
  • Body micro-movements
  • Vegetative states (face blood flow) and etc.
Thermo-Asymmetry of Body
We develop the Thermo-Asymmetric System (TAS) with the aim to use body temperature asymmetry metrics and their dependencies in real-life applications

Areas of application:
Sport, Fitness, Healthcare

Project stage:

TAS uses built-in infrared temperature sensors or contact temperature sensors and can be produced as a headphone or wristband accordingly.

TAS collects data of temperature differences in symmetric points of the body and their changes over time. It allows evaluating the functional and critical state of the person.
Children with ASD
In cooperation with Human Interface Technologies, we develop the Diagnostic and Neuro-rehabilitation System for Children with ASD (ODRY)

Project stage: Prototype

ODRY is an eye tracking based system that consist of two modules:

Diagnostic module captures and displays the information about head pose and gaze point while presenting a stimuli material. Stimuli material includes photos and videos with socially significant information (for example, photos from the IAPS database)

Module of game rehabilitation includes a system of more complex tasks for recognizing and analyzing emotions, socially significant situations, and training for tracking significant parts of the scene.
Psychophysiological Potential of Athlete
We design the Evaluation System Of Athlete Psychophysiological Potential (ESAPP)

Areas of application: Sport at the professional selection stage

ESAPP allows to assess the following psychophysiological parameters:
neurodynamic parameters (the robustness of the nervous system, plasticity, reaction rate, activity);
  • sensory-perceptual parameters (accuracy of perception of space and time;
  • cognitive parameters (involuntary memory, operational thinking, creativity);
  • emotional stability;
  • a high distribution of attention and so on.
Decision Making Speed In Sport
We design the Evaluation System Of Decision Making Specialized Speed (ESDMS)

We understand the decision making speed as the period between the perception of sensory information and the activation of a motor reaction.

In specific situations for different sports, the speed and perceptual characteristics can be assessed by the parameters of the oculomotor activity (eye-tracking), and the motor response by the computer vision or other tracking sensors (motion tracking).
